Withdrawal

The period

You have fourteen days from receiving the print to withdraw, without giving a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Where an order contains several prints delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last one.

How to withdraw

Tell us of your decision before the period ends, by an unambiguous statement, at contact@keeptherainaway.com or by post to [ADDRESS]. You may use the form below, but you are not obliged to.

Returning the print

Send the print back no later than fourteen days after telling us, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. The direct cost of return is yours. You are liable only for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and qualities of the print.

Refund

You are refunded everything you paid, including standard delivery, no later than fourteen days after we receive the print back or you prove you have sent it, using the same payment method you used to order. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than the standard one, the difference is not refunded.

Exceptions

There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (article L221-28 3°). A print chosen from the formats listed in the catalogue does not fall under that exception and remains returnable. A bespoke order, at a format or in a process specifically requested, does fall under it, and you are told so expressly before the order is confirmed.
